These terms apply to glancedesk.com and to the GlanceDesk AI connector at glancedesk.com/mcp. The site and the connector are operated by Syed Shamas ud din Ahmed, a sole proprietor in Lahore, Pakistan, trading as GlanceDesk ("we"). Address: GlanceDesk HQ, 152-2 Jinnah Colony, Muslim Road, Samanabad, Lahore 54500, Pakistan. Email: support@glancedesk.com. Each GlanceDesk product has its own terms: Calculators, Jurisdiction.

1. Free tools, not advice

Our tools and the answers the connector returns are provided free and "as is" for general information. They are estimates based on the figures you or your assistant provide and on the rules as checked on the date shown with each answer. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and they do not create an adviser–client relationship. Before you act on an answer, check it with the official source shown with it or with a qualified adviser.

2. The AI connector

3. Using our content

You may use the tools and quote short extracts with a link to the page. Do not copy the site, the tools or their data in bulk, or present them as your own. GlanceDesk™ is our trade mark.

4. Paid products

We do not sell any products on glancedesk.com or through the connector at present. If we do in future, the terms for them will be published here before any sale.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the tools or the connector's answers, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the amount you paid us (nothing, for free tools). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Privacy

How we handle data, including the connector, is explained on our Privacy page.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

English is the governing version of these terms.
