When we get something wrong on a GlanceDesk site, we fix it and list it here, newest first. Routine updates after a law or rate changes are not listed; each tool shows its own last-checked date. To report a mistake, email support@glancedesk.com. Read how we check.

23 October 2026 · GlanceDesk Calculators: marla table showed no answer for one acre

Where: the Marla and kanal (Punjab) table on the unit conversion tables page, in English, Urdu and Arabic.
What was wrong: the "1 acre" row showed 43,560 sq ft under both marla sizes, so it did not say how many marla or kanal make an acre, which depends on the marla size.
Fixed: 23 October 2026, the same day. The row was replaced by a small table, Marla and kanal in one acre: 193.6 marla (9.68 kanal) with the 225 sq ft marla of Lahore district, and 160.15 marla (8.01 kanal) with the 272 sq ft marla used elsewhere in Punjab.

19 October 2026 · GlanceDesk Crypto: unit converters dropped digits

Where: the Satoshi, Ethereum unit and Solana unit converters, on launch day.
What was wrong: very long amounts were converted with ordinary floating-point maths, so an 18-digit wei amount lost its last 6 digits (they showed as zeros).
Fixed: 19 October 2026, less than two hours after launch. The converters now move the decimal point on the exact digits typed, and every digit is kept.

12 October 2026 · GlanceDesk Jurisdiction: EU Digital Omnibus status

Where: the EU GDPR and Data Act pages and the change log.
What was wrong: our 11 October entry said EU governments had agreed the Council's negotiating position on the Digital Omnibus in June 2026. They had not: the vote planned for 26 June 2026 was cancelled. The GDPR and Data Act rules in force were not affected.
Fixed: 12 October 2026, with a correction in the change log. (EU governments later agreed the Council position on 21 October 2026; the pages say so.)

20 October 2026 · Urdu and Arabic pages: numbers shown in the wrong order

Where: Urdu and Arabic pages of our product sites (first found on GlanceDesk Crypto, then confirmed on GlanceDesk Calculators).
What was wrong: a negative number or a number with a unit could display in the wrong order, for example "-40 °C" as "40 °C-". The calculated value was right; the way it was displayed was not.
Fixed: 20 October 2026 on GlanceDesk Crypto and GlanceDesk Calculators; GlanceDesk Jurisdiction received the same fix the same day.

16 October 2026 · glancedesk.com: language claim removed

Where: glancedesk.com home page.
What was wrong: the page said our tools were offered in three languages before every tool had been translated.
Fixed: 16 October 2026, the claim was removed. It returned only once the translations were complete.
